In the "48 positions," there are names referring to nature such as "thousand birds" and "standing cicada." The "moon across the window" refers to two people watching the moon during the act, and emphasizes how observing nature was deeply integrated in Japanese culture.
In the exhibition, three male artists and three female artists explore the theme of eroticism. Also, Motoi Yanagida will exhibit selected books that deal with the topic of eroticism.
