By approaching his most intimate subject, Kenji Kataoka draws by devouring the distance. Go Watanabe, on the other hand, pastes together the textures of human skin and creates a non-human non-object. The two artists and their relationship with the existing and non-existing initiate questions on contemporary portraiture.
