At Suntory Museum
Media: Painting, Sculpture, Installation

"Art Camp" is an exhibition featuring up-and-coming young artists from art universities. The exhibition began in 2002 at CASO featuring Kyoto University of Art & Design's "Vector 12" and Kyoto Seika University's "Mixture." In 2003 and 2004, the exhibition became an event for all art students studying in Kansai as "art Camp in CASO."
Since 2005, the exhibition has taken place at Gallery Yamaguchi Kunst-Bau, and has changed its ways to selecting participants, rather than calling for entries.
Suntory Museum has agreed to host the exhibition since 2006, and will provide the exhibition space for part four of the series (this year taking place from September 15th until 27th). In addition, there will be a Suntory Award that will be given to the most successful participant.
