Following Jean Rault's 2003 exhibition, "Madame L," this show features Rault's portrait works. As the exhibition title suggests, his pictures are not "nude," the norm of beauty in art history, but rather "naked," capturing a more absolute feeling of humanity and existence. Though the models in his pictures vary in their backgrounds and their lives, their "naked" portrait will transfer a direct and striking vividness.
