Leading Japanese painter Keiji Usami (1940-2012) made his debut in 1963 at the legendary Minami Gallery, a gallery in Tokyo that was a pioneer of modern art. This exhibition reexamines the work of Keiji Usami for the first time since his death in 2012, presenting over 60 works that span his lifetime, from his times as an aspiring painter.
