For approximately 20 years, photographer Nobuo Onishi has journeyed around Japan with his camera, visiting different villages and the dams that are built in their vicinity. Onishi has also continued to visit the Tohoku region since the Japan Earthquake & Tsunami of 2011, taking photographs of the landscapes and conducting interviews with the residents there.
