The Hama, Naka, Aizu: Cultural Collaboration Project launched in 2011 aims to rediscover and share Fukushima Prefecture’s wealth of culture and nature through a cultural approach. In 2012 it began its art project, which Art Office Ozasa takes part in with this exhibition of frottage works by Masao Okabe revealing stories about Fukushima history.
