Asphodel in Gion, Kyoto presents a pop-up store and exhibition by Maruhiro, a maker of Hasami-yaki ceramics with a 400 year history in Nagasaki. More than 250 items made in collaboration with outstanding creators and brands are on display and for sale. There will also be displays of artwork made with Hasami-yaki, workshops for children and adults, and a special menu by Fukuoka’s trendy Manu Coffee during the five-day event.
