René Groebli’s “The Eye of Love” (1954) is a small photo collection weaving together the story of the photographer’s honeymoon with wife Rita. These snapshots of their travels and Paris and hotel room evoke the intimacy between the newly weds with a personalized perspective that opens up new worlds of photography. Platinum prints from the series are displayed on the second floor of the Museum of Kyoto. Nespresso’s Love Lounge offers free coffee.
