Art Area B1 makes the most of their location in the concourse of an underground station, presenting the annual Railway Arts Festival which has run since 2010. Welcoming artist and graphic designer Fumio Tachibana with a team of research members, they present an exhibition under the theme of Railways and physical health, perception, and action.
