This event has ended.

Sculptor Ryuichi Yahagi lives and works as a teaching instructor at a university in Veracruz, Mexico - which is also the location of the Laguna Verde Nuclear Power Station. His native country Japan operates 40 working nuclear power plants, third only to America and France in the world. On every trip back to Japan, Ryuichi Yahagi walks around these plants, collecting stones from the grounds nearby. His “Stone View” exhibition consists of works created using stones from Takahama Nuclear Power Plant and the Laguna Verde Nuclear Power Station, as well as photographs from Fukushima - the site of the nuclear disaster.
