The Conference on Art and Art Projects (C.A.P.) is an organization based in Kobe that aims to connect society and art through a variety of events. From May 2008, the organization moved to the building adjacent to the Port Terminal station. By sharing studios with the C.A.P. members and meetings, the organization aims to create STUDIO Q2 in a one-year period.
