Gallery Sugata takes as its motto “a return to the authentic”, a pursuit of unique creation and stand point by artists who refuse to give into others, while continuing to struggle with their very selves. The gallery searches out an expression like no other, attained by removing all that is unnecessary and hopes to grasp upon an “elementary form” that is simultaneously primitive and creative.
