The Kita Modern Art Museum was founded in 1988, when collector Saijiro Kita decided he wanted to give back to the community on his 60th birthday. The museum's collection includes impressionist and abstract expressionist paintings by Renoir, Van Gogh, De Chirico, Yuzo Saeki, Tsuguharu Fujita, Rauchenberg, and Warhol.

Adults - High School Students ¥1000, Junior High - Elementary School Students ¥400. Special exhibition fees may be charged separately.
