This event has ended.

Portraits have been made worldwide and are a timeless subject matter in art. Therefore, each portrait reflects a culture's thought and consciousness to the smallest details, and are symbolic of the various stylistic influences from a culture or time period.
Portraits are rendered more realistically compared to Buddhist statues, and thus leave a powerful impression to viewers. Portraits are also made with admiration and or respect to the ones depicted. For this small exhibition, there will be portraits of the Ohmi area's high priests and other important local Buddhist figures on display.
*Exhibiting on 2F.
