"Encountering the Masterpieces" Exhibition

The exhibition is in conjunction with the renovation of Kawamura Memorial Museum of Art located in Sakura city, Chiba prefecture. Displayed items include works by 17th century Dutch painter Rembrandt, French artists from Impressionism to contemporary l'école de Paris (Monet, Renoir, Picasso and Chagall), Russian avant-garde and surrealism, to post-war USA with abstract expressionism and pop art. There will be approximately 70 works on display.
