Takayuki Yamazaki “The Forest of Mennoki”

Photographer Takayuki Yamazaki has made it his life’s work to portray the “life within nature,” and for the past 13 years has been shooting Mennoki Forest, a 300 year-old virgin forest in his native prefecture of Aichi. This exhibition displays these images, that show this extraordinary forest’s transition through the seasons.
