An exhibition that traces the history of Japanese village society from ancient Sugaura documents. The daimyo (feudal lord) rules and regime of the village of Sugaura in Nishiazai-cho, Nagahama-shi are illustrated to give a deeper understanding of life in this village in the middle ages.
