This event has ended.

The Itsuo Art Museum presents an exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the all-female musical theatre troupe Takarazuka Revue. Each generation of “Takarasiennes” has performed its own unique roles on the theatre’s glamorous stage in stunningly beautiful makeup. Focusing on the performers Yachiyo Kasugano, who starred in “The White Rose Prince” and Yu Todoroki, who continues to play male roles, this exhibition offers an extensive look at the charm of theatre’s many generations of performers.
