The “Kanko,” India-ink writings produced by museum’s founder, Jihee Kanou, at the age of 88, inspires this exhibition. On display are art and tea implements from the Meiji and Taisho eras, art and tea sets collected between the end of the Taisho era through the museum’s founding, and other works commemorating the museum’s 80th anniversary.
