Digital is the oldest and most important communication tool for humans. Digital technology was born as a way to leave knowledge and information to posterity. Similarly in the world of fashion which started from simple fabrics, the Industrial Revolution and the invention of computers gave birth to processes such as Jacquard weaving. This exhibition illustrates the extensive use of digital technology in the field of fashion through the works of two cutting edge fashion designers, Anrealage (Kunihiko Morinaga) and Somarta (Tamae Hirokawa).
