Shun Sasa “A Life Where Song is Heard (Travel Destinations and Fingertips)”
Artzone
This event has ended.
Shun Sasa’s work accesses social events and the pasts and histories of others from a variety of angles, capturing the distances between himself and external occurrences through a process of trial and error. His films and installations use diverse materials and methods to express worlds of intersecting fictions, realities, pasts, presents, and futures. His new work, the final chapter in a series presented in Tottori Prefecture and Tokyo, began during his residency program in Tottori Prefecture in November, 2015. This compilation of six months of research is the artist’s first solo show in Kansai.
