An exhibition to mark the 50th anniversary of the artist’s death, the focus here is on the illustrative works of Leonard Foujita. Establishing his reputation as a painter in France, Foujita also proactively took on work as a book illustrator. Shown here are the paintings and prints from his various work, as well as postcards and letters, handmade toys and pottery works, illustrating the full depth of Foujita’s activities.
