Widely known for his animation film “Your Name (Kimi no Na Wa)” which was released in 2016, this exhibition commemorates 15 years of Makoto Shinkai as a celebration of his career thus far. His films gained much popularity for their believable characters, touching storylines, and beautiful illustrations. Shown here are storyboards, character sheets, background illustrations, and many other materials related to his films.
