For this session, Nobuo Kogure from Kyoto Tachibana University will be present. During his career working for the Ministry of Home Affairs (currently Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications), he was involved in the founding of Japan Foundation of Regional Art-Activities (JAFRA). During the seminar, we will focus on the topic of how to create region-based planning and organization with all the members who are present.
After the seminar, there will be a small social gathering.
