This event has ended.

Aizo Tsuji was born in Minami Semba, Osaka. In 1910, he started studying Japanese painting, but converted to western painting (oil painting) in 1912, when studying under Rinsaku Akamatsu. In 1915, he went to Tokyo to study at Ohira Western Painting School, but came back to Osaka within half a year. Since then, Tsuji has based his career in Osaka. He has actively participated in national-level juried art competitions and continued to do so until his death in 1963. The exhibition features paintings and prints from Tsuji's youth and professional years, along with works by Keinosuke Ito and Terukazu Oishi, two painters who had a strong connection with Tsuji.
