The exhibition features a collection of Shoen Uemura's works that depict tropical flowers and birds. Shoen was influenced by Koyo Ishizaki's paintings of tropical subjects, and travelled to India and Hawaii during his 50s. During his 70s, Shoen started working on his masterpiece, "San-u". Paintings by both Koyo and Shoen, featuring vibrant colors and tropical landscapes, will be on display.
