This event has ended.

At age 27, Maya Maxx started her artist career and since then, she actively appears in galleries, TV, magazines, and internet sites. She established a new style of live painting in which she communicates with the audience and paints as "a record of the conversation".
This exhibition features about 150 new paintings, calligraphy works and byobu (folding screens) by Maya Maxx that were created during the artist’s stay in Kyoto. Maxx will shift her creative and working base to New York and Kyoto in February 2008.
