Ritsue Mishima was born in Kyoto in 1962, and has studied at a glass atelier in Murano island since 1996. Since then, she has produced glass works through collaborating with Venetian glass artisans. She has received the Giorgio Armani Award at London's Sotheby's and has been valued highly in Europe. This exhibition is her first in Kyoto, and there will be approximately 30 works on display.
