This event has ended.
Inten started in year 31 of the Meiji Era and was discontinued because of the absence of the leader, Tenshin Okakura. It restarted in year 3 of the Taisho Era by Taikan Yokoyama, and since then, has contributed to the development of the Japanese modern art scene. This exhibition presents approximately 80 works by various artists including Ikuo Hirayama.
