Both Kyoto Seika University and Nagoya Art University implemented innovative curricula in their printmaking programs. Nagoya Art University aims to expand the medium of print as a whole and
Kyoto Seika University has placed the printmaking concentration in the media arts program.
The two universities currently play a crucial role in defining the role of printmaking in Japan. The exhibition features works by students, professors and alumni from both universities.
