"The Three Masters That Taught Shoen -Shonen Suzuki, Bairei Kono, Seihou Takeuchi-" Exhibition
This event has ended.
At Shouhaku Art Museum
Media: Painting
The master beauty portrait painter, Shoen Uemura, is a widely recognized painter in Japanese modern painting history. The exhibition introduces works by her three masters, Shonen Suzuki, Bairei Kono and Seihou Takeuchi, to explore their influences on Shoen's latter artwork. Despite how each master has a distinguished style and taste, Shoen's accomplishments would not have existed without their presence and direction.
