Monotype is a non-duplicable printmaking method in which drawings or paintings created on a smooth surface, such as glass and metal, are transferred onto a sheet of paper by pressure. In sympathizing and playing with sounds, Mon draws "this moment/this place=current" in a live performance. In this exhibition, live painting and mural painting from the past is introduced through photographs and video. A live painting performance will be held at the first day of the exhibition as well.
Visitors can experience an atmosphere overflowed with images and sound that echoes in the mind and body. This exhibition becomes a retrospective experiment to trace the artist's career since 2004.
