This event has ended.

Within the tea equipment used in tea ceremonies, the most notable are the small containers used to serve Matcha. They come in various types from the small containers from China, to those produced in characterized kilns across Japan. In terms of lacquerware, there is the Natsume that is adorned with Makie or Raden. From the tea containers and Natsume that have been preserved carefully, one can discern their value and aura of being an integral part of the ceremony.
