Chikara Matsumoto visualizes an imaginary world through means of painting and animation. Matsumoto depicts subject matter such as the fantastical people and things we see in childhood, and the dreamy worlds they live in. Through expressing these worlds, the artist faces the "other" that resides inside of himself, evoking the "Kokoro no Chikara (Power of Spirits)". This exhibition features new and old works by Chikara Matsumoto.
