The Kyoto International Manga Museum will hold an exhibition and live drawing event featuring painter and cartoonist Macoto Takahashi in conjunction with the "Original Illustrations' (Apostrophe) Kyoto" exhibition. During the 1950s and 70s, Macoto's works were popular and appeared not only in girls' magazines but also on stationery and other products. In addition, his cartoons still receive charismatic admiration.
The exhibition features his original illustrations of highly elaborate computer reproductions that are exhibited in "Original Illustrations' (Apostrophe) Kyoto" exhibition.
