Eiji Okubo, a prominent Japanese landscape artist, has made an artistic endeavor in the urban landscape. The "quiet spaces" created in Namba Parks hall contains four blocks: "kanbayashi", "dokuza", "soudou" and "akatsuki". Visitors can indulge in a silent and question the meaning of a silent life.
