"Soutan Genpaku and Raku Ceramics" Exhibition

It has been 350 years since the death of Soutan Genpaku and various events are scheduled in Kyoto to honor him. The museum has planned the fall exhibition in commemorating Genpaku.
After training with Senrikyu, Genpaku has continued the tradition and influenced the world of tea ceremonies. The exhibition features ceramics used for the ceremony that Genpaku served as the tea master for, as well as ceramics that he has adored.
