Abstract expressionism developed both in Europe and the US simultaneously around the 1950s. Its innovative methods of expression influenced artists greatly at that time.
This exhibition features paintings in abstract expressionism in the 60s from the Ohashi collection. These works that employ various materials still offer fresh discoveries despite their half-century lapse.
