"What if 2000 years ago the Roman Empire had expanded its domains further and come to invade Japan? Japanese culture and Roman culture - how would they be different?"
Loic Sturani, artist-in-residence since April, taking this fantasy as his start point, has been looking anew at the cultures of Japan and Rome, and in particular the food culture.
