In 1978, the Hiroshima Museum of Art was founded with the purpose of "sharing art and peace." The exhibition features French modern paintings from the museum's collection. Sixty-six masterpieces by thirty-seven artists that belong to schools of French Impressionism, Romanticism and École de Paris (School of Paris) will be on display, including one of van Gogh's final works, the "Daubigny's Garden".
