Gensai the III has continued the traditions of Kyo-yaki ware while developing his own style. This exhibition displays 70 of his pieces, including celadon and high-fired unglazed wares, that reflect the transition of the seasons and are decorated using a wide variety of techniques such as overglaze and underglaze painting.
