A veteran artist and a young creator come together to explore contemporary art from a variety of angles in the fifth installment of “New Incubation.” Niyoko Ikuta, an experienced artist, creates structures of light and nature with layered glass. Tomoe Sakaki paints lacquer with overlapping brushstrokes, attaching her own memories to the canvas.
