Ballet Manga - Leap above the beauty

Exhibition of ballet-themed, Shojo manga (or manga aimed at women) by twelve post-war artists. Ballet was a popular subject in manga that played a major role in influencing how Japanese perspectives on the dance form today. The exhibition is split in two parts, with 60 works on display including pieces from magazines when ballet manga first gained prominence.

Admission free, but a ticket to the museum is required. Limited to 50 participants.
