Exhibition to commemorate 20 years since the designation of the Buddhist Monuments of the Horyuji Temple area as UNESCO World Heritage. This exhibition is a chance to see the ancient and medieval treasures of both Horyuji and Hokkiji Temples, which were founded by Prince Shotoku in the 7th century and represent some of Japan’s earliest Buddhist architecture.
