This event has ended.

Takashi Kunitani has been working actively in Japan and abroad making site-specific installations of sculptures and objects that bring out the special characteristics of their exhibition spaces. His series neon works, in particular, have attracted attention for their ability to transform the spaces surrounding viewers, letting them physically experience their environments. This exhibition features works taking a different approach than Kunitani’s previous neon series, presenting pieces that create momentary experiences of sensing, dismantling, and reconstructing the world.

Another exhibition of Kunitani’s works, “35°6’29.15″N 135°54’9.63″E,” will be shown at Seian University of Art and Design in Shiga Prefecture from 10/29 (Tues) through 12/1 (Sun).
