This exhibition to celebrate Mt. Fuji’s designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site presents a selection of Nihonga and Western style paintings of Mt. Fuji dating from Meiji to early Showa periods, including two rare pieces by the father of Russian Futurism David Burliuk who travelled to Japan in the 1920’s.
