Exhibition of 50 works by Takehiko Saeki spanning his career. Saeki has adopted themes such as the snow crab, and warriors, including the idea of a figure that projects strength yet is mortally weak and the spirits of samurai who were unable to fulfill their dreams. Embedded in his surreal paintings is a subtle humor and free-spiritedness that also critique modern society.
