A special exhibition of the Tonomine Engi Emaki (Illustrated Scrolls ofTonomine), a Designated Cultural Property of Nara Prefecture. The scrolls depict the deities of Tanzan Shrine, the life of Fujiwara Clan founder Nakatomi no Kamatari, and the origins of the Tonomine area. All four of the scrolls believed to date from the Muromachi era are on display.
