Yui Mizuno creates abstract minimalist paintings that, in their mosaic-like quality, would appear to be digital works. There nothing generated by machine here, however. In her works, Mizuno attempts to convey how in a seemingly random arrangement of pigments and lack of a concrete motif to focus on far more possibilities for interpretation are revealed.
